Contract Amendment for Female Show Puppy Prospect

All show female puppies will be co-owned by Gossamer Poodles and their new owners.  This co-ownership will remain in effect until said puppy has completed all points necessary for AKC Championship.  AKC Registration papers will remain in the possession of the breeder; owner will receive a copy of said registration.  Initial registration will reflect Limited classification until puppy owner has satisfied the contents of this contract.  At that time, breeder will change Lmited to Open registration with AKC.

Gossamer Poodles will receive two puppies back as part of this sale and be involved in choice of an acceptable stud.  All testing on both breeding individuals will have been completed prior to the time of breeding.  Said "puppies back" will be considered "pick of two separate breedings".  Sex of the puppies will be at the breeder's discretion.  Breeder may request the sale price of both pet quality puppies  in lieu of the actual physical puppy. 

If after the diligent effort to finish puppy which has not resulted in expected outcome, Gossamer Poodles will relinquish ownership (owner must supply proof of diligent effort both financial and emotional to the breeder's satisfaction).

The owners of said puppy (Gossamer & new owner) will mutually decide upon when diligent effort has been made in attempt to complete puppy's championship.

Breeder at their discretion will receive two breedings back or two pick puppies back in completion of this contract.  All genetic testing will have been completed on both individuals prior to the time of breeding.  Puppies back will be "pick of the litter" from two different breedings.   Sex of these puppies will be at the discretion of the breeder.  Breeder may also request the sale price of pet quality puppies in lieu of the actual physical puppy.
